Change Browser Security Settings on Firefox, Safari and Internet explorer

Before going to use a web Browser you must know about its security. The security settings of your web browser determines what are the websites you visited, what you downloaded and also protect your computer from dangerous websites. After installing a web browser on your computer you must check the security settings and also you can changes those settings according  for your needs. In this post there are some methods to secure your web browser (Firefox, Safari and Internet explorer)

For Mozilla Firefox :

For Windows

Step 1 : Open your web browser.

Step 2 : Select tools on the menu.

Step 3 : Select option -> Security

Step 4 : Enable “Block reported attack sites”

For Mac

Step 1 : Open your web browser.

Step 2 : Select “Preferences” .

Step 3 : Select option -> Security.

Step 4 : Enable “Block reported attack sites”.

For Internet explorer

Step 1 : Open internet explorer.

Step 2 : Select tools (ALT + X ).

Step 3 : Select internet option then select security.

Step 4 : Select Internet.

Step 5 : Change security level. I recommended you to select high.

Step 6 : Click apply. Restart your web browser yo enable your settings.

For Safari

For windows

Step 1 : Launch your Safari browser.

Step 2 : Click the “Edit” on menu

Step 3 : select “Preferences”

Step 4 : Select security tab

Step 5 : Select the boxes to activate or deactivate the security settings like block pop-up windows, cookies section make changes according to your use.

Step 6 Restart your browser.

For Mac

Step 1 : Launch your Safari browser.

Step 2 : Click the safari menu

Step 3 : select “Preferences”

Step 4 : Select security tab

Step 5 : Select the boxes to activate or deactivate the security settings like block pop-up windows, cookies section make changes according to your use.

Step 6 Restart your browser.
